but if you move the camera over the water, while it is a negative number... it has a consistancy to crash... I have no idea why, but thats the best I can give you...

(should generate mild SSW shadows on terrain)

I can see terrain.
I can chainge view.
I can click on units.
I can give commands.
If I move camera to over water...
85% of time, instant crash, (windows encountered an error bla bla bla would you like to report it?)
any ideas?

I ended up flip flopping my map so the shadows work the way I want them to, and to avoid crashes... I'd hate to have a fault in the engine though.. and just HAVE to have every map's shadows nearly identical
