For BA i would like some lua trickery so the player can decide ingame what firingmode a mine has. (Hold Fire, Return Fire, Fire At Will)
Crawling bombs also don't have this button. While you are at it, maybe you can make one for the moving mode too =) (Hold Pos, Manuever, Roam)
So any volunteers?

NOiZE, I can implement a demo of my WarEvo system for you, and I HIGHLY agree that this is a necessary feature.
quantum is right though, we've been requesting that an engine side change be made so that kamikaze=1 units respect weaponstate commands. As it is, my lua system isn't perfect, but I think it should do ok for most purposes.
