No map found (cvs)

I've just managed to compile the code source from the CVS, but when I want to launch any script, it don't find any maps.
I've got the map folder with some map in it. (in the bagge directory)
Is that because some change have been made on the map format? (.smf ; .smt)

The working directory for the project always get reseted when you check it out from cvs for some reason. You will have to change it to bagge.
