You don't have to swear or spout racist retoric to be banned for harrassment: If you follow another member around joining games to ally comm bomb them that is considered harrassment. If you consitantly provoke a negitive response out of another comunity member that constitiues harassment, even if they resort to personal attacks and foul language before you do. Harrassment is the act of intentionally frustrating or annoying another member via whatever means are used

Impersonating other users/using clan tags without permission falls under our anti harassment rules and policies.

In any case, if a moderator tells you to stop doing something, you stop.

For the record, this sort of thing is to be handled in PM instead of publicly.
