Make a news for the GUI?

Post by Torrasque »

It seem that nobody is working on the new GUI. (the GUI in-game)
Perhaps making a news on the top of the site that ask if someone is intrested could be usefull, no?
It worked to find K-man and Jouninkomiko.

(It's just so bad that the newGui is almost working but nobody is working on it)

If anything, they need to align the GUI to the edges of the screen rather than having the small borders around the GUI elements, especially the minimap. I could tolerate the transparency if they would just align the damn thing properly... I'd personally like to see all of the GUI elements (color, transparency, position, etc) defined in an external config file which any user could edit to suit his own tastes without breaking any compatibility...

@gnome

If I remember right, it is already implemented in a "newGUI" (the one I was speaking) but as it is not as advanced as the actual one, the keep using the old one.
