I think that people overworry about playing too much games or getting addicted to games etc. Anything that a person does that it likes too much to do might get it addicted to it... what about people that throw home-made bombs at the fans from other soccer teams? :) (This happens in Brazil, not sure if in any other country)

There are plenty of problems associated with pron, like the possibility that the people acting in it could be spreading diseases and there are always people out there who shouldn't be watching it, but are. However, I'd say we should go easy on people whose views of sex are a bit on the easy going side. After all, what would you tell a Loli about what happened to her/him (no point in leaving out guys in this topic), that she'/he's evil or dirty because some pedophile raped her? He'll/She'll never be able to feel like a beautiful person who deserves to be loved if you tell him/her that.

No one argues that rape victims have done something wrong (asside from maby rapists). Fighting is bad too generally, but you've done nothing wrong if someone beats the shit out of you.

The question is how trivial is sex really. Is it really just fine to have consensual sex, I mean aside from the risk of STDs and unwanted pregnancy (People know they could die in a car accident, but that doesn't stop us from driving cars). Everyone seems to know that at some level sex isn't trivial, it isn't just a casual action. If someone gets raped, that's serious, the rapist has DEFINITELY done something wrong, even if he hasn't done any real physical harm. If sex is just fun then why is rape serious?

Personally, I just don't like to think of sex as a trivial thing... It isn't something that should be bought and sold... But the reality is is that I really can't form any solid philosophical basis for that. It's sort of one of these things, like ghosts or spirits. There's more too than science has currently explained... but short of just taking the word of some ancient book for granted it's really difficult to understand.

It's not just restricted to sex. If I have a milkshake and you have a milkshake, and you reach across the room with a straw and drink my milkshake (but I don't say you are able to or ever give you any consent whatsoever), it's like social rape.
