The Lobby folder & TASClient

I think it would be best for now if tasclients files and folder in the spring directory were moved out of the lobby folder and into a subfolder, e.g. lobby/tasclient/.

Should the lobbies start to share cached data, we can use a lobby/shared directory. This way we have a nice clean folder and tasclient data doesn't interfere with other lobbies and vice versa.
