middle mexes and sea mexes give more than regular ones.
there are 3 geos on the map,one on each hill.
This map will not undergo any changes,it is finished.

v3 and v4 are a lot alike main differance is that in v3 the commander can enter the water from all locations and in v4 only from the starting points.
