Unable to upload my new map to UF.

Anyone have any idea what is the situation conserning UF. I have 19mb .sd7 file and im not able to upload it.
It begins to upload but after load theres no files selected and i cannot continue any step further.

I was able to select one small misc .exe file there. But wasnt able to upload for instance Deltasiegedry.sd7

Also tried .rar and .zip but same problem..

When the ftp is going online so that i can try to upload it there?

I posted this same problem in help and bugs nearly 3 weeks ago and it got lost in the sands of time.

This might be real trivial, but have you tried uploading with IE?
It never worked for me with any other browser.
