MapConv build

Can someone compiles me mapconv from SVN into a win32 executable?

The only downloadable link I could find lead to the terribly outdated mother's mapconv.

I looked into buildbot's folder but all I could find there was the source and resources, no mapconv.exe

I'd really want to use the png support instead of dragging my huge bmp.
