Keeping the AI Wiki up to date

Post by submarine »

I dont know how many ppl actually have a look at the wiki but i thought it's a good idea to keep the AI section more up to date. I therefore moved QAI, TSI and CSAI to the "stable" category since I think they are not beeing developed anymore. However i'm not sure if they are stable, I just didnt want to brand them as unstable.

I also added KAIK to the list of AIs which are under active development and added, that AIs are sorted alphabetically (to prevent any speculations which AI is best/better than others...)

However i dont know much about KAIK, it would be nice if someone whose more familiar with it (maybe kloot?) could fill in the (big) gaps

Ouch. Calling them "stable" is worse than calling debian stable "stable" - obsolete comes to mind, and in case of some AIs, quite possibly downright broken. (Obsolete as in won't work in svn spring, which will be released Really Soon Now.)

agreed you are right. for the next spring version any ai will have to be recompiled, right?

i guess "obsolete" will be a better description then

ok, following imbaczek's advice I merged the lists of stable/unstable AIs listing them now as "no longer in development" and added a remark, that those ais will not work with the current spring version

it would still be nice if someone could add a wiki page for KAIK, so every available AI has its own page in the wiki

Yes, I should really create a wiki account one of these days. ;)
