What would an SDK even include?

Agon: maybe you should be somewhat more specific. In the context of Spring, an SDK can mean quite some different things:

- A package like mingwlibs/vclibs, possibly with the compiler (+ IDE?) included.
- A package with common modding tools, scriptor, upspring, etc.
- A package with mapping tools.
- SDK for AI developers

I thought about a modding sdk with modding tools.
Maybe we can make more than one sdk.
One for AI developing. (What could be included here?)
One for mapping.
One for modding.
One for the engine.
