since a while there are som ppl in the #de channel that really like it to abuse other users with very unfriendly german words.
its not that it really hurts me,
but its not very nice to get flamed like this:

there could be Megabyte long chatlogs with conversations like this comming from ppl like DOT...
i dont know any translation for words like "Spast" and "Verrecke",
or other words he said another day (Huhrensohn, Bastard, Kinderficker)
how should i react when i get flamed like this in the #DE channel?

This guy's really pushing it lately in terms of behaviour. I'll lurk in #de and watch over things if you wish, as a temporary thing until I talk with silv (the channel founder) about opping a few more respectable germans (I suggest rattle and kdr).

For future reference, the ToS does not entirely apply to private channels and they are not normally moderated by server mods, they're controlled by channel ops.

We don't moderate private channels simply put. It's up to the moderation of that channel to decide what content is/isn't appropriate there, if they intend to uphold the rules we follow in main, that's great, but there is nothing obligating them to do so.
