Please stop uploading "AA v388202 now with flying krogs lol" stuff... Do what you want with my work, I don't really care, but don't use "AA" or give it some version number which implies it continues AA's development. So no, you shouldn't make "AAA v2.4".
I'm fine with "BA" and all the other "_________ Annihilation" mods, it's not like I have a copyright on the word Annihilation. Just please, please don't do this stuff where you post something so obviously attempting to misrepresent your work as being affiliated with AA.
So no "AA v4" and "AA v3" and "AA v5" and even "AA unoffical", because it's not even that, it's got nothing at all to do with AA.
I'm asking imacup to modify the unknown-files listings accordingly, I hope he helps me out.
It's like registering taspring.com tsapring.com atspring.com tapsring.com and having them all redirect to some "Spring Engine V2" page.
I really want to restart AA's development successfully, and it's not possible with this name-whoring AA-spam going on.
I understand the reasons why there'd be unoffical versions made - AA was abandoned in a shambles. I'm not angry or anything, I just don't want it to happen any more.
Also, if people want to make AA "variants" or "mutators", please make it clear that I'm not the author, and better yet PM me and if you want I'll include it with a future version if possible.
Please don't "it's a free world" me on this. People, for whatever reason, aren't cluing in to the fact that these namealikes have nothing to do with me. I've got quite a few emails on the subject, even... "Why'd you do X in your new version?" etc.

"Abolition" is something I'd still like to do some day, but realistically I shouldn't have talked about it as early as I did. Most of the work isn't close to being done.
As for AA dying making BA live, I have no problem with that. I hope AA doesn't dominate to such an extreme again in the future, it's a lot of responsibility I don't have time for.

Anyways, this is funny and all on paper, but it sure isn't cool when your air base gets PeeWee'd and all you end up doing is coraping yourself in the ass when those rockets hit your buildings and not their intended targets.
