what kind of flashcard do i need for my ds? And do i need to do anything special so my ds plays 'downloaded' games on the flashcard?

and when you get such a thing you need to get the app DS Colours... Infact anyone with a ds taht can homebrew needs DS Colours.

I cant stress enough how cool that program is.

yes, if you put "downloaded" in "quotation marks" then it will "save" you from the "legal" "repercussions".
