news RSS header thing broken!

heyya, im trying too add XTA-CE v0.95 release too the news RSS.

i got a bit lost with all the instructions. finaly figured out what i was supposed too do, edited it, but i get a spam filter msg saying it wont be updated because theres too many "tinyurl.com's"
(im not using tinyurl)

this assumably means that no1 can update the news... assuming that there was a reason y everyone is using tinyurl i didnt want too edit their links to the actual link.
(tinyurl seems to redirect u too a different page)

so this presumably means that no1 can edit the news RSS... what should i do?, edit all the tinyurls? can someone set the spamfilter to ignore "tinyurl"?
