AMD Athlon 64 AM2 3500

Does anyone know if the "AMD Athlon 64 AM2 3500" is any good for spring?

I currently have a Athlon XP 2500+, so this is going to be a nice little upgrade for me :)

Should be, I think, my AMD 64 S939 3200+ is still fine and this seems like a comparable model just a bit faster and different socket.

Well i beleive AM2 is the latest socket for AMD is it not?

My motherboard supports up to the "AM2 Athlon Dual Core 6000+", so for the moment it is pretty future proof :) (if there is such a thing anymore!).

I also currently have 768mb ram, and my new motherboard, cpu etc comes with 1gb of ram, wooo! (i purchased a bundle).
