test server

as we're nearing August 30th, the test server could use updating. I'd like to test one theory of LuaUI crashes, that is miscompilation - Tobi, could you put up test binaries compiled with 3.4.5? We'll ask people that experience a lot of LuaUI crashes to test that, and a few days later switch back to 4.2.0 and ask the same people to test.

The test builds now use debian's MinGW 4.2.1-sjlj (instead of self-build MinGW 4.2.0 )

Maybe this makes a difference.

For the same reason I removed the MinGW 3.4.5 builder.

I've been getting those crashes with that exact version, only under native mingw (not crosscompiled.) I guess we'll need to wait for 4.3.0 for exception crashes to go away, and maybe Lua crashes too.

Other than that, 4.2.1 should be an improvement anyway ^^
