water problem

im getting this water problem with dynamic water and dont know why. i have core 2 duo, nvidia 8700m gt w/latest drivers, win. vista. ive tried 24 and 16 bit zbuffer.

its a general fault with the 8xxx series cards.

Sadly the only person who'd know howto fix it is SJ.

Well, I'm using a ATI card with the latest Catalyst drivers and my client is also unable to load the dynamic water.
