Paralyzetime does not appear to be measured in seconds... what it is measured in?

For instance, a paralyzetime of 45 yields approximately 85 seconds of paralyzing.

No, I was mistaken. It actually yields the correct paralyze time, the problem is, the visual paralysis indicator (blue bar) doesn't disappear at the correct time. It starts to disappear immediately after the paralysis ends.

So I guess this is really a bug report, unless that blue bar is actually an indicator of something else.

I always figured the blue bar is just the health bar, but blue, to indicate that the unit is stunned, if it goes down it would be because of damage, not stun timers.

The blue bar is paralyze damage. A unit is paralyzed only when it reaches 100%. After that, it will fade back to 0% if it receives no further paralyze damage. jK has released a new widget to replace the builtin Spring bars that is much superior, it will blink when a unit is paralyzed as well as show much more information.
