Mystery/Thriller tv or anime recommendations

Post by Caydr »

So, Death Note is over, I'm about 86.3% through legally obtaining the remainder of Monster, Code Geass isn't back until late Summer... I'm liking this genre, are there any other good shows? Doesn't have to be anime, but I'm enjoying the much superior quality of storytelling Japanese shows go for compared with (most) America-produced stuff.

I think anigay was a joke?

Watched melancholy.. it was... different... The Phoenix Wright scene was awesome.

watch at LEAST up to episode 4 before you cut it off. I almost stopped at ep one then watched on to fall in love with the show.

*insert quip about how Hunterw doesn't understand much anyway here*

I haven't seen much anime at all - Britain doesn't tend to show much of it, even on freeview.

EDIT: I'm guessing you've only seen Dragon Ball Z then hunter? (I think that's where the powerlevel thing came from...?)
