Look at the clan page in the wiki please... As I'm a new member, I cannot post any URL.
Er... I believe I can restore former versions by myself but I couldn't find how... Then how :) ?

Edit2: This is beyond my skill level... :x

Edit3: Well, the first two are, I got the rest..

Edit4: Whoo, I kick ass, I fixed one of the hard ones!

Edit5: He changed some of the [[XXXXX]] to {{XXXXX}}.. Wonder how that works out.. Oh well, they are all fixed.

Yes we do. Humans can revert when the wiki is vandalised onc in a time, but against constant bots attack we need an automated response because no human can keep to the spamming rate of bots.

Isn't it possible to lockdown the wiki? So that you could retask all those resources currently spending all nighters trying to keep up with bots to implementing some kind of anti-bot method? I'm sure we could survive a week without new, valid edits.

The only problem would be if someone "forgot" to turn it back on...

The only long term solution for spammers is the final solution.

Do a search for "ringtones" on the wiki. There's about 90 pages with spam.

Edit: Now it's up to 112. Seems to be going at a rate of one edit per minute. Fortunately it usually hits a page that has already been spammed.

Edit2: 137 pages with spam.
