Camera rotate

hello you wonderful people

Im having trouble with the camera, as i am unable to rotate the view. yesterday i had a couple of LAN games with a friend, on the first game he could rotate his camera and i couldn't, but on the second game, neither of us could. This is assuming that rotate is the middle mouse button.

CTRL + J. Changes camera style.

There are 3 different camera mod : FPS, TA (don't allow rotation), Rome Total War.
Presse Ctrl+Middle button to switch between them.
