Game crashes on loading

Hi,
I ran spring with a fresh install. But when i tried to run one of the scripts it crashed right about when the screen showed loading units and weapons

I have a mobility radeon 9700 with omegadrivers.. dunno which ones the cause of the problem.. has anyone else played the game using omegadrivers? or a 9700?... Too busy to try right now but ill install the orig driver set and see what happens..

If you read around on these forums you'll see that this kind of crash is due to out of date drivers. Make sure that you have the latest drivers and it should run fine.

I do have the latest drivers!.. just downloaded the latest ones from omega drivers a few days ago.. :S...
OMG just realised! im leaving uni in two days.. that means no more high speed internet for another three months!.. hope taspring will be able to create LAN games by the time im back home..
