How is your mod coming along?

Post by Snipawolf »

I wanna know, you don't have to release any special info.

Mine is working fine, and I have three units ingame and am deciding which one to do next. I am making a realistic scale, so, my factories may get even larger than 15 x 15... Yardmaps are a bitch, but that's not a problem, when you see the correct sized tank rolling out of a factory that is correctly sized, then the tank loads up on the transport (which just happens to be correctly sized also!).

Once it's gonna get released, hopefully somewhere around the year 2050, it's gonna pwns yo mamma! It'll be so good even your boss will be playing it! Chuck Norris will have no choice but to bow before my level 31 thief skill which enable me to grab all those little known models to pass as my own!

Hmm you should scale your models down a bit because you might have issues with hilly maps then.

Mine is going along quite well, except for my computer's instability that's preventing me from running Spring

@Rattle.

Unforunately, no, the game its based off of had the correct scale, something I've never seen in a game to date. Not to mention, if tanks are 2x2 in size, what are infantry going to be? I can't quite scale down much more... (Especially because I can't make the exit doors bigger, but I tell ya what, it would look retarded to see those tanks coming out with their turret through the roof of the door)

@Zwzsg (I think)

lulz all around

@GMN

Extremely unfortunate :(

Your open beta was pretty good, I won't have one though, maybe have all of one side as an alpha, then release the full thing as a .5, then release it as 1.0 when I have all the special effects, etc.

My project's test went well, we had a blast, the new explosions are great looking and the game played REALLY REALLY WELL!

I think I am going to start my eastside-westside remake again.

Haha, sounds good..

I am not into the special effects yet, but my balance (for now) feels right where I want it... If you get caught with your ass to the enemy, you can kiss it goodbye :D

that little project was pretty cute in an arcade style way(something we need more of in spring), I can make you some cartoony looking guys if you really need them.
