I have scroll speed of 30. Whenever i pres ctrl+F11 in iceui, it resets my scroll speed to 10 or sth . WHy?

Btw, i tested your layout, but in new ver of iceui i cant set windows to be transparent? In 79 i could.

I like having full view when no cons are selected.

I have moved the position of the "Menu" button from its default, but the sub-menus that appear when I press it think that it's still in the default position.

I know it's a bit stupid and needs a better solution, but you can just open the menu, press CTRL+F11 and then move the menu itself to where you want it to appear.

I don't do anything to the scroll speed, I'm afraid. Does it also happen if you scroll in the chat history? Does it happen if you have IceUI disabled and press CTRL+F11? Does it only happen if you scroll in the tweak-mode or also if you just enter it?

In my profile some windows inherit their color from other stuff (I think the control panel does). Set Inherit to "none" and you should be able to adjust the transparency slider. If it's something else, I'd need more information.

You mean that the text is the color of the icon in front of the text? I can add an option for that.

also word wrap (zeilenumbruch) dont work, it cuts the message and could it be possible to change the decay-time individually

no i ment, that the teamchat for team 1 is eg blue, for team 2 eg green (its better if u r a spec)

edit: if u select the iceui-tooltip the backgroudn of the lua-list becomes invisible, if u deactivate it the lua-list-backgroudn becomes grey again

I also attach my current profile with a screenshots in case anyone wants to use it or whatever. I may not attach a second screenshot but it would have been the same anyway except for buildpics on the left.
EMERGENCY!

Whatever you did to latest version breaks buildmenu in CA. It turns it off in BA too but it is fixable by toggling BA layout widget. This must be fixed asap or IceUI will suffer a huge loss in users!! :(

Okay everybody settle down it was a false alarm. I deleted my old IceUI profiles and now it works. You should place a big red warning on the page for those installing over old IceUI to delete it and start fresh since not everyone will read every post (assuming it's somewhere in this thread). All is well.

P.S. Excellent job on the buildmenu replacement.

P.P.S. Can you make an option to remove prevpage/nextpage arrows (the whole bottom column) altogether?

I could add an option for that but it's not trivial. I would have to replace the Layout handler which I don't want to because it would overwrite all settings done by the mod. For example the cool background textures and borders CA uses nowadays.

About CarRepairers problem: Did you by any chance use revision 80? It had a bug that caused the buildmenu to be exactly above the camera selector.

I don't really understand what you mean. What do you mean with "lua-list"?

I'll think about the allyteam colored chat. Should be pretty easy. Won't be a priority though.

also the m-output seems to be broken (of the tooltip), it shows 500m, instead of 0.5 m for xta-lvl2-veh.

The m means milli and not metal. So 0.5 = 500m.

This sounds crazy but I can't for the life of me get IceUI to work with tasclient. When I start the game in tasclient, spring freezes in the loading luaui. But it works fine with springlobby.

What the hell happened to the Playerinfo? All the text scrolls of the left side, its a mess, and I dont like it. Revert back to old one please, or post a copy someone so I can use it.

Feature request: Add Ally functions ( /ally)

I may just do this myself, actually

EDIT: Yet another fail, already implemented.

Sorry for epic failure :(

Actually I tested it and it doesn't appear to be working.

Eventually I tried manually testing the ally command. "/ally <alliance#> 1" to ally and "ally <alliance#> 0" to unally. It does work, but it doesn't send out a message or anything which makes it hard to see if it worked.

Back to IceUI. I have smoothscroll widget enabled, and when I middle click on someone's name in the playerlist, my cursor flies to the middle of the screen making me think it's not working, but I am not very sure.

IceUI should add a custom message (better yet, persistent indicator) to let you know when you ally/unally.

Regardless, in CA we will look to having a luarules solution that would better handle this command like having everyone on an alliance vote if they want to ally with another alliance, force reciprocal ceasefires, that sort of thing that IceUI can't do unless everyone was running it. It's got potential.
