Mr N. All builders can capture, make a mod and use the cancapture=1 tag.
The current mods exist.
You do not say 'all mods should give things that look cool a 666% increase in HP'. You do not say 'all mods should let you reclaim with a builder'
You play each individual mod and if you think it'd be better with reclaiming then you make a varient, [R]. If enough people enjoy it maybe someone with a valuable opinion will bring it up and it will happen. Or at LEAST post it in the relevant thread so you can be flamed in the right place.

Sadly i'm to busy playing :) and i will be playing more than arguing on facts.
Actually i'm having my neurons saved for the many useless intelectual tasks my educational system throws at me. If i'm lucky it will be included as a variant in AA. I own more years of playing more games than most people in this forum and i know what makes great games work and what doesn't. Too many douchebags around here to be worth my time creating a mod.

You may be a good chess player btu you can't actually imagine what teh game would be like let me requote myself:
I still don't see wheres the unbalance. All builders would get capture times relative to their build times for the object they try to capture. Core and Arm buidlers would have capture. You and I can capture, wheres the objective unbalance? Even with set capture times theres perfect balance; its called what you do to me i can do to you

BigSteves is close to the truth because its hard to actually capture anything even with all builders having capture, but he's wrong on this part:

I see all this tough as the fear of players exiting their playing style template. Its only natural scrubs would fear this because it would reveal their true skill nature. More micro mean more brainstorming and it would take much more than their grinding tehniques to climbing the skill ladder to master the extra game functionality.
