New upspring editor version, 1.3

I've released the sourcecode for this thing. I was unaware that I actually stored it somewhere and didn't want to post the unfinished source for 1.4 yet.
You need GLEW, FLTK 2 and DevIL to build it.

Maybe this allows certain people to fix the most annoying bugs. Orientation will get a rewrite next version, so you shouldn't really try changing that, but other bugs are very welcome to be fixed

I'm still working on the new map renderer so I have no time for it atm.

Excellent, thanks for releasing this. Maybe somebody will get around to making some BOS preview code...
