Hating against a diffrent design philosophy is not good. Self-Contained elements is what made microsoft succesfull.
Dependancys make dependant.
On the package remaining the same, on the internet, on the rapid system unchanging, upon the lobby beeing able to download.
Show me a legacy product with dependancys that is not broken by time constantly.
Licho went a diffrent way (which has a damn high success quota by the way).

The highlands/ plateaus look kind of desolate and boring. Would like to see maybe boulders or some thing to spice up those areas, maybe some kind of obstacles to send skirmishers around. Map looks pretty good though other than that.

The terrain is very specifically designed to be this way, I think I addressed it in like my 2nd or third post in this thread. It explains the reasoning.
