The finnish army pays you 4,4Ôé¼ per day, so thats hardly going to get you inside a us college

Ohhh I see. Sometimes I think a mandatory military service period would be tremendously good for a country, even if it was only a few weeks or months. Teach people what hardship really is, and then they don't piss and moan about life being so unfair when they couldn't make it to the Blink 182 concert.

Also, when i say army, people immediately think of shit they've seen in movies, so i should prolly make myself clear.

Im a driver, and if you've seen band of brothers (ep2) you know how respected they are. My daily life consists of waking up, eating hot meals thrice a day, and hauling cargo from a to b. In between all this i have "real" army training, like firing ranges, learning military krav maga (prolly the best thing the army can offer me) and radio usage. The biggest causes of death for us are driving accidents and alcohol. Were not gonna be shipped into afghanistan/iraq and were never gonna be fired upon, So being here is pretty much like being in a job where the bosses are dicks and the pay is shit

My totally l33t FPS skills come from my figuring out three basic things:
A) Crouch, and you'll be able to hit that guy.
B) Holding down the fire button results in inaccuracy.
C) Not dying is the fastest way to a high score.

Well that's a start, but for example when people are shooting/sniping from inside a house in mw2, they usually tend to stick right next to the window(like the huge building in derail), which allows 2 things to happen that will make you dead
1) The guy's gun is going to stick right out of the window, and tell everyone outside that someone's in there
2) any aoe (noobtube, semtex, airstrike etc etc) Will affect you even if the explosion happens outside (like semtex sticking into the wall instead of getting inside the building

So what people should do is stay one or two meters away from the window, making them a less obvious and more protected targets.


The second thing is never coming back to a place where you just got shot at.
A lot of people make this mistake of seeing a enemy shoot at you and running behind a wall, and then popping their head back to the place they just got shot at and get killed. The enemy in 90% of the cases is always gonna keep his aim that the place he last saw you for a few seconds to check if youll come back and try to take him out, but in such a situation he's gonna see you faster than you do, and his sights are prolly gonna be square on your head.

Its little things like these that i see kdr doing a lot when we play thats keeping him at 7-8 killstreaks max instead of 20+

well i think i will go into united states navy because they pay for my college 100% and room and board and books AND they pay me $500 a month. Or i could enlist and they pay me 1339 dollar a month starting out (i wish it was 2 dollar less) and then i get GI bill to pay for the rest of my education. US puts all its money into the army. It partially ruins your life, esp if you get shot, but the benefits are good and pay is not bad at all, esp if i become nuklear officer of navy then i get to drive big boats like aircraft carrier, battleship, epic guns floatin on waters that kill shit, u no the drill.

I talked to sleksa at length quite a while back before he started his service, and which I find the choices of serve military, civil or go to jail kind of amusing... In my opinion, mandatory service is actually a pretty darn good idea. In many ways I wish the US had it.
