How about having Endwarstyle Voicecommands?

Firstly the psp doesn't have multi-touch
Secondly, multi touch still does not solve the multiple mouse buttons problem. Moving around the map and zooming in and out, rotation even, but no right clicking. I have an ipod Touch and Im telling you simply stating multitouch isnt enough.

And yes the ipods are hardware accelerated, how do you expect something like spore to run on them if its using software renderers?

I think TA can be played appreciably on such a low resolution, actually. It blurs out some of the detail issues. Can't look worse than Supreme Commander in game.

It is, but I think your looking at it a little to innocently.

How else do you explain IM clients and gameboy emulators for the psp? Hacked firmware.

tizbac, you said it runs on the EEE pc.
Did anyone here try it, and if so, on which version of the EEE (methinks atom cpu should handle it well), and was it playable speed?

The eeepc can run it but i don't know if it will run fast.
But it has a small display so 100 units are enough .
the eeePC has a 0.9 ghz cpu 32 bit
64 mb gfx i think

Con Bot, build mex.
Bot factory, repeat on, build flea.

I don't think the original TA would suffer too much if it was 2-D sprite-ified to better show up on a DS screen, (especially if the terrain was also given a once over) so long as the underpinning physics calculations remained intact.

A nice clean TA-DS... wow, that would pretty much be the end of me being productive ever.

Hmm. Interesting idea. That could be done by limiting the spriting to buildings only (resource, and i guess even factories), and leave the units/physics alone. The cool thing with the homebrew is that it's even possible to write support for a Slot-2 Ram cart, so you'd even be able to load some of the bigger maps. Oh man, just thinking about this is too exciting. I better stop. :P

THis woulld purely rock!!! And as it should only voice recogn certain keywords it should be to hard to do.. of course you cant have the whole buildlist.. Its more like "Group Zero built 5 of 1 at Mousepoint"
