i think zippers being faster is not the option as a mean of buffing it, but i could be wrong.
the main thing about zippers is that they have so little hp purposefully, and by the time you can afford them the enemy will have a effective t2 defence.
Maybe they could use bigger los;
to spot the enemy faster & not getting mowed down by several vipers and could go around like they should ?

The REASON i suggested a high traj fire for them (if you had you know, actually bothered to read my post) is that it may be one solution to the "a few bumps in the map fucks their accuracy". kekekkekekeke?

i never. ever. suggested high traj as the only thing that could be done to help them. i was jsut SUGGESTING they be buffed. high traj COULD BE ONE POSSIBLE SOLUTION to buff them.me wrote:

Its a shame that this development thread is starting to sound like all the other great mods which eventually died premature deaths from too much arguing. Final Frontier, E&E anybody?

make your own version if you disagree with a dev and try it out (its easy enough to modify a units parameters), you could even join the team if you cared that much.
Just stop flaming mods and taking away the enjoyment devs get from working on stuff.

Sleksa is not a developer. He merely happens to share a clan tag with the script monkeys in charge of this. In addition, no, we could not join the team if we wished. The team is not open, the team is completely self-assured of their superiority in all things balance. That said, I do like the game that DayWalker and NOiZE have given us.
Final Frontier died because it alienated the player base. E&E is not dead, but the script monkey/artist behind it has some personal issues.
