NTai XE9 RC15 - Bandwidth Exceeded... where can I get it?

gives the error

I dont mind. Darkstars si slow atm and needs a login page for the Darkstars forums anyways.

I'm intending to mvoe it to byethost tho to see if it's any better than switching the domain if it all works out.
