This is a 1 v 1 map with unique gameplay! (26x6)

You both start on the left side of the map and you'll have to expand across the river, but the river is crossable for all units (except AA-Fleas). You can also choose to fly yourself to the otherside of the map where you can build a base in secret, with ships, which can go up the river!!

I belive he's only on Ulltrra Mapper at the moment, he needs one more for Monster... :-)

Looks very entertaining, But I bet people will end up using boxes for start poses when they play it...

I did the design and the first draft metal layout :D

The metal layout won't allow them... that small island in the far right has about 6-8 metalspots concentrated + like 5 in the sea . Any other way then the defult start pos would be very unbalanced. ^^





Btw, here is some strats and tips you could try:

-Take a con and build a LLT's and HLT's infront of the enemys expand path, trapping him in small pocket allowing you to expand freely.
-As Noize mentioned, fly over to the island and take controll over the huge amount of metal on one spot.
-The cliff near the startpos and the water between em are deeper then other parts of the river so ground units can't cross, however, Amfibs can...
-Infact, you can accully build boat fac in the water between the cliffs, however 1 LLT can esaly stop you from doing this.
-If you get trapped, just concentrate on breking the enemys defence in one spot and you'll pull trougth is spread out defences.
-Gaurdians pwn, but can only touch defences if built on your own side of the river (unless you offcourse built it by the shoreline >.>)

just played some 1v1 games on this map, its quite fun.
The first game, my opponent didnt notice you could cross the river->one peewee ->gg
The following games were good though, I see lots of possible tactics on this map.
Problem: replays dont seem to work on this map, maybe because of the space in the name? (Mapname=Expandation v01.smf;)
