Bloat that can be eliminated from Spring (simple)

\base\spring\springloadpictures_v061.sdz <<< this file contains XTA loading pictures which are just overwritten by XTAPE7. No self-respecting mod doesn't have its own loading pictures, so this particular file can be eliminated without any problems. 1 MB shaved off the download.
