noticed brawlers and coms look better. why don't units look the same across all mods? can we use the same models for AA in next updates?

XTA has other better looking units as well.
As you might remember, XTA 6.0 is actually XTA Pimped Edition 6.0.

(also, XTA has models other then evolva's)

IMO they're too inconsistent with the rest of the units. Yeah they're pretty, but stand it next to regular units and suddenly you realize how crappy the whole game looks.

okay then, maybe I will dust off wings3d and individually remodel all 100+ units of AA! Even though that will probably be an insane project...

I can recall Caydr had ambitions to do that.

And I, very slowly, recreate units. they two I've finished are in XTA ^.^

the only way i see a complete remodel of AA is if there was strict guidelines to follow and every modeler/texture artist in the community started out remaking them all..and caydr would have to look at everyone to make sure its what he wants..while its a huge investment of time and no one will probably do it, I think thats the fastest way it would get done.
