Sound's in a mod

I can't find a section in the mod part of the wiki about the sound.tdf file. I'm updating and coolifying the sounds for Xect vs Mynn and I wanted to know what all the possible sound situations are and if I can make new ones? This is an example of what some of them are.

it took me a second to figure out what the count5 count 4 etc were for.
