Pathfinding of ships is horrible

Large ships are horrible to control. Also Large ships cannot go over underwater structures.

People needs to make deepest water maps! One of bugs I saw is in AASpring subs, that cannot move in some map sea areas because they have a waterline=50.
Also I think that torpedo bombers in XTA6.0 do not fire their torpedos because this trouble..or not? :?: :?: :?:
Can someone explain it and fix this bug?Note that this not are a SPRING bug, but a XTA one( Ive put this thread here because the XTA isthe oficial mod of Spring).
AASpring , au contraire, have working torpedo bombers  :!: :?: proving that it not is a Spring engine prog bug
8) AASpring subs only needs a small modification in the waterline tag of the fbi file to work well as the XTA subs
Big ships always have their hulls deeper sunk in water, and what is happening is very real if we consider the shallow water map standarts.Mapmakers must to remember that a Spring map not is a TA one when we are talking about sea deep.Ive already tested in a concept map made by Sinbad a waterline=205 sub without any crash :!:
What mel├â┬®e!!!!!!!!!
Graatz

Well - yes and no. They partly work. Torpedo bombers will target ships and water structures. But they don't target subs at all, which I believe is a known Spring engine bug. (I think fixed in the upcoming version?)

Has anyone actually tested that? It would be a real pisser if it didn't after I got all hyped up for the possibility of naval balance.
