Running Random Spawn script w/AA

How does one configure which mod is loaded? I am trying to run Random Spawn game, but it always loads up with XTA mod. I'd like to do with AA.

Can't be set up without breaking XTA.

Random spawn AI is a very bad idea right now especially when you have several established skirmish AI projects ongoing
