Rate my map (2Lakes)

So I decided to up this map I still got on my hdd but never dared to upload.. But I think I spent too much time to not at least upload it, so if you're willing give it a try.

10x10, not too much metal (I hope) and with two start points.

the idea is nice, and i like small maps (like small devide)

but the hills need to be much higher and the map should be like rectangular (to devide the lakes a bit more

The map prooved interesting.

You can use many strategies there, maybe too many...

I started with kbots, to walk over the hill

then reclaimed and got some cruisers (depthcharges are wokring again!!)


Cruisers made great job, as the coast is narrow, they can shot the stuff on it.
Ships can cross the canals, thats a plus.

Finally got some planes to spot defenses and move some builders around.


Plays good, not sure how amphibs handle such deep canals, but its cool anyhow.

metal is ok, and forces to take more land and defend it.

The size is good, as a bigger map like this, would end in porcing.

Few issues.

The map is not completelly symetric, which gives top player some advantage... or maybe bottom..

anyhow, giving both sides the same access ways would solve it.

its worth the fix.
