It was easy finding it because i already knew that fact. I have said, in another thread, that the maker of the sounds of TA had been a guy named the orchest or something. I wasn't remembering well and, when i saw this thread about the guy named the recordist, i remembered it's name.GrOuNd_ZeRo wrote:Good find there Paulo! they do sound similar, ...

In fact, many of the sounds used in TA are hearable everywhere around. I think he was selling (licensing) packs of sounds to people.
Due to so many copies sold (i expect), those sounds are starting to lose uniqueness. So, it is expectable for people to not want the sounds that are beeing played everywhere, thus beeing less valuable. Still i don't think that that company (now a company, before a single guy, i think) would allow for the usage of the sounds. But there is nothing like trying.
