Catching up
Hey guys, I'm working through the source code about to write a map tool with Zaphod, and I don't wanna wait for him to get back to ask him a question
I know Spring uses SMD for maps... but is SM3 a new map file format or something?

Zaphod is integrating a new map format to the game.
It will use texture splatting, so creating map will be a lot different than now.

( map are stored trought text file and simple png/jpg picture, you should be able to see what's the point)
