three questions to the exp system

1. how does the exp system change the HP? I mean whats the function? Set MaxHP or so? (I dont want to know how many HP you get for some exp or so)

2. the same for the accuracy

3. and reloadtime

i mean there must be some function which works and i guess that its not hardcoded or at least that there are some public functions. If not...

Edit: Is there any scripting guide where all these questions have been answered or some kind of wiki for that in detail? I mean a list of all functions and variables would be very cool

The EXP system is hardcoded. If it wasn't the Devs would have mentioned it
