Some really nice Chedder, cant beat it, and perhaps Cheshire - and i dont mean American chedder, im sorry to say it has no flavour and has the consistency of rubber. I mean proper strong Chedder you get in the U.K, so strong it makes your eyes water :D

Mmm I love cheese, i like the stuff with the blue bits in it, yum, mozzrella is pretty damn good too, so is Brie actually... who'd have thought lumps of mould could taste so dang good ^^

meh i dunno, i had this stilton with this cranberry veins in it. LOVELY, but the actual mould itself was too strong for me (hardcore stuff that)
