I was planning to do the queue system kind of like that, so yeah.Hmmm, the requesting system you outlined sounds very interesting, but can u add to it a bit, like, when the user makes a request to the bot, that the bot reply with information telling the player where they are in the line of requests, and also possibly give ingame stats from the outside (ala Pheonix Worx).
The in-game stats though are nearly impossible from my part. The engine doesn't give any results after it closes, so unless I learn some above decent C++, I can't do that. Sorry. The only thing I can do is make the starter of the battle tell the bot who won the game, but I think that's a pretty awkward system.
Well, probablyMin3mat wrote:surely most people can host now, and if they can't they are probably able too if they tried/asked!
even if they can't there is often a game up they would be willing to play, at almost any time of day. is it just me or is this out of date?

Especially in my case. There's already a fully functional hosting bot out there, and mine currently doesn't even launch a battle, but that doesn't stop me from enjoying the development. I actually started this to learn some Python (wonderful little language!), and I must say I learned quite allot.
Maybe I'll make it arrange tournaments in the future to make it a little less outdated
