This may not be a vector type simple logo, but I thing it looks pretty neat. So don├óÔé¼Ôäót fuss because it├óÔé¼Ôäós not black and white. I kinda like that fire flour AGorm made. The peewee pic is from the renders at planet annihilation.

Dude thats horrible, the title looks plonked and the render was boring and low poly anyway, I think the explodo-flower is the best so far.

I like the black and white version of the exploding flower better, myself...easier on the eyes

oh, Use the moose! the yankspanker moose has to have a place in this logo!

so relaxed! so elegent! so...moosish!

the moose just adds a touch of humor to otherwise deadpan serious logos

Horrible? My eye├óÔé¼┬ª at least I know how to sizes images. Don├óÔé¼Ôäót be a hater if the only product you can come up with is a giant gray toy tank and smudgy red and black colors. :|

Calm down, it was just a concept, don't shit your pants over it.

I mean if you where to redo the render yourself with something happening rather than just peewees standing in a grid it might work.

Yopachi:
I like your image. I'm not calling it logo as it wouldn't probably be suitable for a logo.

However, it would look good as the in-game screen that is to be behind the menus and stuff. It captures some essence of TA, the huge armies and the commander marching.

I liked it.

Still say the peewees look a lil flat, but thats probably camera angle....

Actually I think the ingame menus and screens should be more like CC where they ahve an ongoing scripted battle going on in the background.

Assuming that they do put AI in, why bother having them scripted? :p

But wouldn't that require it to load the main render/game engine just for the menu's? Frankly that sounds like a waste of time, and scripted battles get boring farely quickly.

Actually if I remember correctly they dont need a skirmish AI, they just plonk to bases down at the start of a game and place them next to eachover so that they fight untill they're both gone. No need for scripting and skirmish AI at all, though ti would seem rather odd if they stopped fighting.

The scripting wasn't actually the point of my post, it was more the waisted load times, although if you could easily turn it off in preferences I wouldn't mind, its just slower computers might not take too kinldy to it.

 Sorry to mess my pants about it! All is well. It was just an idea. And as for the render it├óÔé¼Ôäós at kind of an odd angle. It├óÔé¼Ôäós not 100% birds eye view so that the peewees all look fat. I thought it would be cool to have the commander leading the mass hoards into battle feel.

It is sorta TA orientated whcih is fine for something for a TASpring logo, but not for the engine logo which is what this thread is about
