King support in the Lobby

I know Betalord is asked for support on this matter.
But I want to put this into greater view.

Currently, there are several crowns floating aroun d the community. As some sort of evergoing tournament (Again, like titles in Go or Chess).

There are 3 titles: King of Absolute Annihilation (KoAA), King of Final Frontier (KoFF) and King of XTA (KoXTA). (King of Cookies, worn by Alantai Firestar isn't claimable, so doen't really count).
This is indicated by the tag behind the kings* name.
But it would be nice if the rank logo is replaced by a crown.

Now, since there are several titles, and the logo is 16*16 pixels, it's hard to make a high detailed crown with Peewees and Ak's running over it, or a shiny name on it.

So I came up with this idea:

for KoXTA

for KoAA

for KoFF

or

for King of Cookies

for Ko43

Now the king, and only the king, should be possible to give the crown to a new king. A small option where he can type the new owners name should be made.

This be a good idea, or are there other thought?
And ofcourse this has to be programmed, and since I miss some files in order to compile the lobby, it can't be me in a short time frame.

*The title say: King, but that doesn't mean that woman can't claim it. So far nobody put a Queen (QoAA) tag behind her name yet.

QoFF currently is used if you win a team based KoFF, but in the 1 v 1 that follows turns into a ridiculas stalemate then theres a king, who is the original challenger, and the queen, who was the challengers ally.

I think this is an awesome comunity builder device. I'd love to see some implimentation for this but we really need to come up with a way to enforce the rules of the KoMod games if we're going to give people icons for them. And we also need an icon system that is more instantly recognizable and will be able to support new mods that come out in the future and start thier own KoMod structures.

I will look to a special crown with cookie texture and speacial cookies baked in it. look towards it tomorrow.

koff PRO_[DayWalkeR] "The Tired" if you please. Journier is the koAA.
and Daywalker was online on vriday, saterday and sunday for at least 6 hours. (and is very probably online now). So far only Min3mat challanged him multiple times. (other challanges might had occur, but I'm not aware of them).

And I have seen NOiZE online Saturday. But I don't think anyone dared to challenge him. (The number of XTA games has risen though, so he must be carefull).

note, both kings are Dutch, so active on europian day times.

This only strengthens the statement of mongus, defend yourself Journier!

i see im mistaken in several things, but the point is...

write .kingtime and see some info on last seen online and maybe something else.

and a way to ask for challenges.. (not much serious just for statistical data?), you still need to ask personally.

thats for betalord to consider.

If I do get a cookie crown I'd rather have a cookie wearing a crown than a crown laden with cookie textures.... Just a cookie would suffice....

I've UV mapped the darn crown for ya, and you start babbelting about a lifesize cookie with a crown on it. Well too bad for you, I like this crown. the 16*16 image looks pritty cool. You're not getting and 1* height, 2* radius 12 sided cylinder with the same texture from me. Tough luck.

*'units', becouse I don't use cm or inches or anything like that, just 'units' like 'credits' in every game who gamedevs are too tired to figure out a name for money.

hmm why does it have to be modelled? It shouldnt be too hard to create a nice 16x16 cookie with a crown on it, besides that cookie looks wrinkled and uncookielike, not like an AF cookie at all..
