Create 2 channels and add one to the Springlobby's list.

I want to create the channel #TheCursed and #ITN and add #s44 to the Springlobby's list, but I don't know how to create this.

define "create". to join + create that channel you have to type in chat:

/join #TheCursed
/join #ITN
/join #s44

But, by "create", I mean register with ChanServ Bot. And s44team need to have his channel #s44 added in springlobby's list.

(if i understand your question right) it's client responsibility to store list of opened chat rooms. prolly, you can't force client from server side to open by default some chat rooms.

what might be good question is how to promote or make chat rooms discoverable from what is default chat room in lobby clients. i am particularly lost finding where is "main" or "all" chatroom, where every client sits. I have few ppl in main or what is default, but rarely see any convo there.

There is no channel in which every client sits.

Presumably "has registered a channel founder". For that you'll need to ask a lobby moderator (people with a spanner icon).
