Issues i had during the process:
- I was not able to change description of issue, to do corrections
- I was not able to edit my comment
- I had errors if I click by mistake on upload button in case no file is selected
- I have not able to upload a file by drag a drop
- I have lost my comment because during writing the comment someone closed the ticket meanwhile. Once you go backwards in browser, all form data are lost.
- I see no obvious way how to control formatting of my messages
