Allow three letter forum search again

Please allow three letter search again. I think it was enabled once but then we did a forum update and it's no longer possible to use it.
It's pretty important when a lot of words/acronyms are three letter symbols, e.g: lua, fow, los, lus, gls, etc.

Someone should write an elastic search extension to index phpbb and the wiki, then search will be light years ahead of anything we've had

If anyone will bother to remember, I, way back when, had added a google site search specifically to the forum as a button and a separate page. In this case not as useful as elastic, but still infinitely more powerful than what we have.

The current road block to using elastic search is taking the forum content and adding it to the index. There's already an extension for Mediawiki support, and standalone search frontends we can style

Yeah I looked into it a big. Sadly, it's not really something that I want to pursue. Believe me I have my hands full already. PHPBB styling is not something that I had ever planned to get into. Apparently I got stuck in it and here we are -_-

For now I'd just be happy if the simple 3 letter search was to be allowed. We can discuss other more complex solutions later on
